General
1. By joining the server, the player agrees to the rules. (Ignorance is no excuse)
1.1 Behave politely and respectfully towards other players. Insults, harassment, and offensive behavior are prohibited.
1.2 Cheating, using hacks, cheats, or modifications that provide an advantage over others is strictly forbidden.
1.3 Do not exploit game bugs (glitches). Report any issues to the administrators.
1.4 Respect the decisions of the server administrators and moderators.
1.5 Having multiple accounts online on the server is prohibited.
1.6 Renaming special items, ranks, or vouchers is prohibited. (Items will not be replaced)
1.7 It is forbidden to beg for items, ranks, benefits, OP, privileges or ranks of helpers (Helper&Builder).

Game Rules
2. Do not destroy other players' buildings or steal their property. Respect others' territories and possessions.
2.1 Griefing and exploiting game mechanics are strictly prohibited.
2.2 Do not use machines or constructions that cause lag or overload the server.
2.3 Mining in community or protected areas is prohibited.
2.4 Building or terrain modifications that negatively impact other players' experiences are not allowed.

Trade and Economy
3. Respect server trading rules and avoid creating unfair deals.
3.1 No scams in trades or exchanges with other players.
3.2 Do not create shops or auctions with unreasonably high prices.
3.3 Selling real money or virtual currency for real money is not allowed.
3.4 Selling fake keys, ranks, or vouchers is prohibited.

Communication
4. Communicate politely without vulgarities or spam.
4.1 Advertising other servers or services is prohibited.
4.2 Flooding, spamming, or repeated messages are not allowed.
4.3 Using inappropriate or offensive skins, names, or nicknames is not allowed.

4.4 Offensive or vulgar comments will result in immediate punishment!

Penalties
5. Breaking the rules may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans.
5.1 Severe violations, such as hacking or griefing, can result in immediate bans.
5.2 Repeated rule violations will result in stricter punishments.
5.3 The management reserves the right to remove player buildings or accounts for rule violations.

Mining Blocks
6. AFK farming at mining blocks is strictly prohibited.
6.1 Blocking other players from mining blocks is not allowed.
6.2 Using weighted mice, auto-clickers, macros, or other tools for mining is forbidden.
6.3 Using cheats like FastBreak is not allowed.
